Na het daverende succes van Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction en het vervolg; Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty is het niet gek dat Insomniac een nieuw avontuur zou uitbrengen van Ratchet en zijn robotvriend Clank. Dit werd al genoemd aan het einde van Quest for Booty. Inmiddels is bekend dat het nieuwste deel de titel Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time zal dragen.
Vandaag zijn nieuwe details van de game naar buiten gekomen. Zo zijn er uiteraard weer een aantal nieuwe wapens en veel geheime gebieden in levels. Voor de fans zullen de onderstaande features als muziek in de oren klinken.
