74/100. Dat is wat het gemiddelde reviewcijfer voor de PS3-versie van Medal of Honor op dit moment is. Iets wat gamers en EA niet hadden verwacht. Ook de Xbox 360-versie van de game doet het niet goed. Deze staat 2% hoger.   74% is natuurlijk geen goed cijfer voor een blockbustergame als Medal of Honor. Zeker niet als je je bedenkt dat de game de concurrentiestrijd aan wilt gaan met Call of Duty: Black Ops. Enkele reviewquotes hebben we voor jullie op een rijtje gezet.   IGN 60% ''Medal of Honor is one of the bigger disappointments of 2010.''   GameSpy 60% ''What we get is an amalgam that is best labeled "Battlefield Warfare" -- an admittedly entertaining concoction, but one that tastes awfully familiar.'' Game Informer 70% ''All the parts for a great multiplayer experience are here – class unlocks, a variety of familiar modes, lots of guns – but they don't come together in a way that makes Medal of Honor a must-play shooter.''   Planet Xbox 360 77% ''The top strength of Medal of Honor is in the single-player campaign, and Danger Close has done an incredible job of putting together a tribute to the Special Forces community, honoring their many sacrifices. The same can't be said for the effort DICE has put forth with multiplayer, as it feels unpolished and in some regards unbalanced and unfinished.''   Joystiq 81% ''Medal of Honor's campaign is an exceptional experience, but the total package simply doesn't beat Call of Duty...But at least EA's getting closer.''   Geen zorgen EA maakt zich echter nog geen zorgen. Volgens hun is de launch van de game ''geen sprint, maar een marathon''. Het zal dus allemaal nog wel goed komen.   "Critics' scores are highly subjective." "The game had the highest pre-orders in the 11-year history of the Medal of Honor franchise. This is an essentially big achievement considering Medal of Honor has been dormant for several years.
